ANC 3F RESOLUTION REGARDING THE ANC’ S BANK ACCOUNTS FOR 2007

Washington, D.C. 20008-2322

WHEREAS: ANC 3F maintains a checking and a savings account at the Bank of America; and

WHEREAS: at a duly noticed public meeting on January 17, 2007, ANC 3F elected new officers;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: ANC 3F approves continued use of the Bank of America branch located at 4201 Connecticut Avenue, N.W., to maintain its checking and savings accounts; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT: ANC 3F designates its Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer as signatories on both ANC accounts.

Approved by a vote of 5-0-1 at a duly noticed public meeting of ANC 3F on January 17, 2007, with a quorum present (a quorum being four).
