Dear Mr. Burger:
At a duly-noticed public meeting on November 20, 2006, Advisory Neighborhood Commission 3F (ANC 3F) considered the application of Coat of Arms, LLC, License No. 75519, for a Class “CR” Liquor License for a new restaurant at premises 4221B Connecticut Avenue, N.W., located in ANC 3F02. The applicant, represented by his legal counsel, was present at the ANC meeting.
ANC 3F voted 4-0-0, with a quorum present (a quorum being 4), to withdraw our protest letter dated October 9, 2006, and to enter into the record the attached Voluntary Agreement, dated November 15, 2006, signed by the applicant in the presence of their attorney, Brynée Baylor, from Jackson & Baylor, P.L.L.C.
ANC 3F also voted 4-0-0 not to object to the granting of a stipulated liquor license to Coat of Arms.
