Dear Mr. Burger:
At a duly-noticed public meeting on September 18, 2006, Advisory Neighborhood Commission 3F (ANC 3F) considered Application No. 75519, Class “C” Restaurant License for a new restaurant, Coats of Arms, LLC, T/A Coats of Arms, at premises 4221B Connecticut Avenue, N.W.
ANC 3F voted 5-0-0, with a quorum present (a quorum being 4), to protest issuance of this license on the grounds of peace, order, and quiet.
ANC 3F also wishes to call to the Board’s attention that the ANC at its office address has not received any notice from ABRA about the application for this license, nor has any Single Member District Commissioner received notice from ABRA. We saw the notice dated September 1, 2006, in the District of Columbia Register. We also wish to inform the Board that this licensee is located in ANC 3F02, not ANC 3F03, as shown in the notice in the Register. The placards in the window are also incorrectly posted as ANC 3F03.
The ANC designated Commissioners Karen Perry and Cathy Wiss to represent it at any and all hearings in regard to this license.
