Dear Ms. Mosley:

At a duly noticed public meeting on January 9, 2006, ANC 3F voted 4-3-0 with a quorum present not to object to the application for a driveway, curb cut, and gutter at 3633 Albemarle Street, NW, based on our understanding from the somewhat confusing application form and drawings that the applicant is seeking only to widen the existing curb cut and driveway to 15 feet. Once again, the applicant, Georgetown Restoration, Inc., failed to attend our meeting to answer questions. Our vote not to object does not go beyond the issue of widening the existing curb cut and driveway to 15 feet.

I would like to thank you for your cooperation in extending the time for our ANC to file comments and for your providing us with another copy of the application when Mr. Kessler contacted you.
