Dear Mr. Burger:

At a duly-noticed public meeting on December 15, 2003, Advisory Neighborhood Commission 3F (ANC 3F) considered the renewal of Application No. 11079, Class “B” Liquor License for CVS Store # 2104 at premises 5011 Connecticut Avenue, N.W., now located in ANC 3F05.

ANC 3F voted 5-1-0, with a quorum present (a quorum being 4), to protest renewal of the license on the grounds of peace, order, and quiet.

The ANC designated Commissioners Robert Maudlin, and/or Carl Kessler, and/or Judith Bernardi to represent it at any and all hearings in regard to this license.
