Dear Mr. Burger:

At a duly-noticed public meeting on November 17, 2003, Advisory Neighborhood Commission 3F voted 7-0-0, with a quorum present (a quorum being four), not to object to renewal of Application No. 21283, Class “B” License for Y & K Business Associates, Inc. T/A Tenley Mini Market at premises 4326 Wisconsin Avenue, N.W., in ANC 3F06.

ANC 3F has received no complaints about this establishment. In an interview with the single member district commissioner, the retailer, Mr. Steven Kim, showed how he checks identifications and confiscates ones he has determined to be fake. He and two members of his staff have received “T.I.P.” training in how to respond to inebriated customers, among other things. Their T.I.P. cards show their certification is current.
