Re: Public Space # 03-042 - Application for an unenclosed sidewalk café at Trattoria Liliana, 4483 Connecticut Avenue, N.W.,
Dear Ms. Wiktor:
Reference is made to your memorandum of September 17, 2003, received on October 22, 2003 notifying ANC3F of an application for public space to be rented to The Coopersmith Ltd. Partnership, located at 4483 Connecticut Avenue, N.W. adjacent to the premises known as Lot 0801, Square 2046, for the purpose of an Unenclosed Sidewalk Café at Trattoria Liliana.
At a public meeting on November 17, 2003, with a quorum present, ANC3F voted 7-0-0, "No Objection" to the proposal with the following condition.
The perimeter of the sidewalk café is to be marked by planters in place of the stanchions and tape/rope indicated on the drawing submitted with the application. Representatives of the applicant agreed to this condition at the ANC meeting.
