Dear Mr. Kehoe:
 

Reference is made to your letter of July 30, 2003 notifying ANC3F of an application to occupy public space for the propose of constructing a new driveway for a new house at 2800 Chesterfield Place, N.W. On August 7, 2003 you granted ANC3F an extension to September 22, 2003 to respond to the application.
 

ANC3F’s voted on September 15, 2003, 6-0-0, “No Objection” to the application.
 

We note that the drawing filed with the application (PS101 dated July 22, 2003) indicates that construction of the driveway will require the removal of a street tree. However, no information on the tree was included in section B, items 19 thru 22 of the application.
 

ANC3F wants to make clear that the “no objection” to the application does not include the removal of the tree and respectfully requests that any application for the removal of the tree be referred to ANC3F for consideration.
