This responds to your letter of February 18, 2000.
At its duly-noticed monthly business meeting, with a quorum of the seven commissioners present, Advisory Neighborhood Commission reviewed the proposed land swaps at the referenced site between the National Park Service and St. Paul's Lutheran Church. The Commission heard testimony from representatives of the Church and voted, 7-0-0, not to object to the land swaps as described in your letter.
We would appreciate your advising the National Capital Planning Commission of ANC 3F's foregoing position.
