Re: Permit Application for 3009 Albemarle Street NW
Dear Mr. Lourenco:
Thank you for the opportunity to review the permit application for construction of a 2-story addition and alteration and repair at 3009 Albemarle Street NW.
On Monday, March 13, 2000, ANC 3F vote 6 in favor, 0 opposed, and 1 abstention to support a resolution of no objection to this application with the condition that DCRA and the applicants, Ron Gage and Patrick Correnty, clarify and correct certain items on the application. These are the gross square feet of the building which is shown as 714 square feet before and after construction of the addition in Boxes 44 and 45; and the number of stories which is shown as 4 plus the basement in Boxes 14 and 17 but shown as 2 stories plus an attic and basement on the drawing accompanying the application. I have seen the building and I believe it is a 2 story building. The Commission would also point that the building restriction line on the accompanying drawing appears to run across the existing front porch and may need to be corrected, if necessary.
