WHEREAS, Ward Six Council Member Sharon Ambrose has introduced Bill 13-287
to rename a small park opposite the home of the murdered ANC 6B12
commissioner (which he had  personally tended on behalf of his community)
as the "Dennis Dolinger Memorial Park"; and

 WHEREAS, members of ANC 3F have learned of the life and death of
Commissioner Dennis Dolinger, his ideals of community service and his deeds
of community building from media reports and testimonies of elected
officials, other community leaders, fellow-worshippers, neighbors and
friends;

 ANC 3F supports Council Member Ambrose's memorial renaming bill and
expresses condolences to ANC 6B and, through it, to the members of
Commissioner Dennis Dolinger's family, neighbors and friends.
